Synopsis:

Eliyana Ember is stranded in a foreign country in the Third Reflection with no passport, the inability to mirrorwalk, and zero clue where the nearest Thresholds back into the Fourth or Second might lie. Her mind is a haze, her memories vague. She knows a wormhole from the Fourth sent her here. She remembers her mom and baby brother Evan. Makai and Stormy and Joshua...

Deep down El realizes she must end the Void once and for all. Is there a way to trap the darkness within its current vessel, kill it off completely? To do so would mean sacrificing another soul—the soul of a man Joshua claims is a traitor. But he’s lied to her before, and even El senses Joshua can’t be fully trusted, but one thing is certain...

The Void must be annihilated. And only the Verity—the light which birthed the darkness—can put an end to that which seeks to kill and destroy.
Other Books in the Series:

Unbreakable is the third and final book in an original young adult fantasy that will finally give readers the answers to all their questions and will allow us to see what happens to all of our beloved characters. I loved the world building in this series - the Reflections (similar to parallel universes) were fascinating and I enjoyed learning about them as much as I could. The Reflections and their inhabitants were all detailed with vivid imagery and descriptions that allowed me to easily picture them in my mind.

Eliyana was a great main character for the book and series. She was realistic and easy to connect with right from the beginning. I liked how the author made her "flaw" - the red birthmark on her face and neck - into a powerful symbol in the other Reflections. El has been through a lot in the series and must finish the war against the Void once and for all before everything is destroyed. We've met a wide variety of characters throughout the series and we continue to see how they interact with one another and go about their lives in the different Reflections. The love triangle was a big part of the trilogy and finally gets a conclusion in this novel. I can't really go into any details about the plot because I don't do spoilers, but I will say that we get to see what happens to each major character by the end of the novel. I really loved that we get to learn their fates and each one got their own endings. There were lots of twists and turns along the way, but I liked that the author wraps everything up nicely by the end of the book and ties everything together for the finale of the series. I have to admit that I wasn't a huge fan of the multiple points of view throughout the book - it was a bit confusing trying to keep up with what was happening with each person. And if a reader didn't have all of the characters down pat and their relationships with one another basically memorized, it would be incredibly confusing. I highly suggest reading the trilogy at once - one book right after the other so the information stays fresh in your mind and you don't forget any major information between readings. Other than those things, I thought this was a solid finish to a wonderfully imagined series and I would definitely recommend this book/series to fans of YA fantasy and science fiction!

Once upon a time, SARA ELLA dreamed she would marry a prince (just call her Mrs. Charming) and live in a castle (aka The Plaza Hotel). Though her fairy tale didn’t quite turn out as planned, she did work for Disney—that was an enchanted moment of its own. Now she spends her days throwing living room dance parties for her two princesses and conquering realms of her own imaginings. She believes “Happily Ever After is Never Far Away” for those who put their faith in the King of kings.
